    Patricia B. Glenn MSW, LCSW, BCD

    Patricia B. Glenn is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Diplomate in Social Work, Certified Duke Integrative Health Coach, and Psychological Autopsy Investigator. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, focusing on mental health. With over 20 years of experience, Glenn has worked in various mental health settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, sexual trauma, Army family advocacy, Army deployment care and suicide prevention coordination. She served the Veterans Health Administration for 10 years, leading to regional best practices awards for clinical guidance, outreach, and postvention services. She also served as Policy and Legislative Coordinator for Veteran Affairs Central Office, creating national suicide prevention policy and congressional tracking reports. After leaving the VA, Glenn transitioned to Hurdle Health Inc, a minority-owned company focusing on culturally intentional mental health care for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and other intersectional identities. She recently founded Live Well Consulting PLLC to advance suicide prevention, health equity strategies for underserved communities and increase understanding of mental health care. In her newest endeavor she serves as Adjunct Professor at Capella University for the School of Social Work.

    Live Well Consulting (LWC), PLLC, was established with the objective of providing specialized mental health consulting and contracting services. Our approach is meticulously designed to incorporate intentional discovery and strategies that are both culturally sensitive and data-driven, ensuring the development of high-quality and scalable products. We achieve this by committing to the highest standards of therapeutic best practices, adherence to evidenced-based treatment protocols, cultural humility, and a continuous assessment of the prevailing standards within the industry.
